Who should apply?
We’re looking for passionate high-school students, from all backgrounds, who are on a mission to collectively change the world for the better! In the words of Thomas Edison, “Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.” so we really need problem solvers with perseverance, rigor and countless trips back to the drawing board to innovate in the challenges presented by our partners.
Our goal is that no student, who has the fit for the event as mentioned in the general student section, is excluded due to financial capacity. Therefore, 20% of the total seats available for all editions will be allocated for free to participants who are currently approved to receive support via SASE (Serviço de Ação Social Escolar).
We have 1 reserved seat in each team (5 per edition) for promising young visual and graphic designers who, besides being involved in addressing our partner challenge, will have a fantastic opportunity to develop the look & feel for the business idea, design logos and icons and work on presentation materials. Therefore, if you have a strong design skill, an eye for detail, solid foundation in fonts, layouts and designs and, most important, willingness to learn, then this opportunity is ideal for you!
What skills will you develop?
Follow the path of the world's leading universities and brands by applying empathy, process, and creativity to real-world problems that are complex and ambiguous.
With globalization and technologies evolving at an ever-increasing rate, businesses must constantly innovate simply to stay competitive and relevant. Learn the process of innovation and the art of iterating to achieve real change.
Individual achievement may be the marker of student success, but it is your ability to communicate and collaborate with others that will determine long-term success. Learn how to work with people from all disciplines, perspectives, and backgrounds, and understand how you best contribute to a team.
